Deposit Transactions

1. Open Batch
Allows merchant to hear transactions within an open batch or look up a specific transaction by credit card number or dollar amount. You have the option to have data faxed or mailed to you.
2. Daily Summaries
Provides merchant with a dollar summary of all transactions processed on any given day.   This summary includes a breakdown by card type. You have the option to have data faxed or mailed to you.
3. Monthly Summaries
Provides merchant with a dollar summary of all transactions processed in any given month.  This summary includes a breakdown by sales total, returns total and net deposit. You have the option to have data faxed or mailed to you.
4. Credit Card Search
Retrieves a specific transaction by credit card number and provides transaction date, time, type and dollar amount. You have the option to have data faxed or mailed to you.

2. Order Supplies
1. New Order
Allows merchant to place a new order for supplies or request that a supply list be sent to him/her via fax or mail. Merchant may shop by entering a supply number or, if merchant does not have a supply number, he/she can listen to the supply menu. If merchant is a Cardservice Merchant Club (CMC) member, merchant can order free supplies.
2. Order Status
Allows merchant to check the status of an order or cancel an existing order. Merchant can also check on the status of previous orders. Merchant has the option to have data faxed or mailed to him/her.
3. Join the Cardservice Merchant Club
Enables merchant to join the CMC or receive club information via fax or mail.
4. Supply List
Enables merchant to receive a copy of our supply list.

3. Merchant Statements
Enables merchant to receive monthly statements via fax or mail.

4. Card Issuer Information
Provides card issuer's information, such as the telephone number.

6. Merchant Changes
Allows merchant to hear the last changes made to the account.

9. To Change Personal Access Code
Allows merchant to change your personal access code.
